My goal is to create a stronger and easier workplace for gender minority people. My workshops, advising sessions, material feedback can help improve communications, increase productivity, and strengthen community by bringing gender inclusivity guidelines and practices into your business, organization, and university. I’m excited to work with your team, business, organizations, committee, department, office, employee research groups (ERGs), or groups or individuals to help you and your people learn and thrive.

My offerings can take place through small or large workshops, one-on-one conversations, or materials feedback. I offer a sliding scale fee base. At least 5% of profits go to supporting trans people in need.

About Me

I am a scholar, speaker, and writer who has researched the experiences of women, transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary people, and lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, asexual, and other gender and sexual minorities for over a decade. As the first out trans professor at three highly ranked colleges and universities known for their diversity, equity, and inclusion, I often found myself isolated and marginalized. I devoted myself to learning how to strengthen my well-being while educating those around me to support those most marginalized in these environments. Over the years, friends and colleagues from non-profit organizations, tech companies, and small and large businesses have reached out for advice, clarity, and support.
